good kennels, they understand dogs and enjoy them but also know the differences in dealing with different breeds

Fantastic kennels, I've been using them for over 20 years and wouldn't trust my dogs anywhere else.

Having had many dogs for 30 years and using lots of kennels over that time, they are very good. The dogs always come back happy and smell nice which is a good indication of the care. Also when walking through to pick up my GSD, the rest of the dogs are cheery and wagging their tails.

Just got our Dachshund back from a week's stay at Brookside for the first time, very happy with the service, messaged them a couple of times while we was away for an update on how he was getting on, which they did and they also sent photos along with the update which I was very happy about. Would definitely take him back there again.

We haven’t used kennels much, so we were nervous and mentioned this to the team there. The man on reception was not friendly and quite dismissive when we picked the dogs up. We didn’t get any information really on how the dogs had been and did not feel reassured about the care the dogs received. We would not use this kennel again. It would have been lovely to have an update on how the dogs were while we were away. And maybe even a text with a photo or update.

We have used Brookside Kennels for 9 years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else , Cyril and the team are always accommodating , the dogs are well looked after and have great surroundings

Fairly priced, clean, friendly and all round professional. Our Lab loves going to stay at Brookside and practically jumps out the car and runs in himself! Wouldn't dream of taking him anywhere else. They are a great team. Lovely spacious kennels with lots of outside room to charge about.

We have used Brookside Boarding Kennels for 11 years, for our boxer dog. Cyril has always been great and we never had any issues with our dog staying there. Thank you for everything.

First time leaving mine and my friends dogs here for 2 weeks, was really nervous about kennels but Brookside kennels have totally reassured me! The dogs were so happy here, they were able to share a kennel so they could stay together. Manager kept us updated whilst we were on holiday how they were getting on and sent pictures which was lovely. They were groomed as requested before collection and have done wonders deshedding my husky x GS. Will definitely use Brookside kennels again and would 100% recommend 😄 Pic attached of my happy boy on collection!
